Sometimes, when he was really, really
sad, the grays would get darker and darker.
Like storm clouds and some would be
even almost black.
Jay didn't know why his world had
changed, but he knew it had.
He looked and acted like everyone else,
he just saw things and felt things in a
different way.
He was an excellent actor and even his
best friend in the whole world didn't
know his secret.
He was such a good actor he even fooled
his Mom and Dad and Sister.
Sometimes, if you looked deep into his
eyes you could see the sadness, but you
really had to look and nobody ever did.
